It's also for you, if you've made a baby garment before and you're ready to work raglan increases and a color change without much hand-holding.
Your hands spend most of their time working in the round, since the dress starts at the neckline and grows downward through raglan shaping with almost no seaming required. The booties can grow to match — just add 2 extra sc rounds after the sole shaping to extend the foot length.
